Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems by Perfect HVAC Solutions
Automatic fire sprinkler systems are the most effective fire protection technology - automatically detecting and suppressing fires at the source within seconds of activation. Perfect HVAC Solutions designs, supplies, and installs complete sprinkler systems for commercial buildings, warehouses, malls, hotels, and industrial facilities across India.
Sprinkler System Types We Install
- Wet Pipe Systems - Most common, water-filled pipes for heated areas (offices, malls, hotels)
- Dry Pipe Systems - Air-pressurized pipes for unheated areas (parking, cold storage)
- Pre-Action Systems - For sensitive areas where accidental discharge must be avoided (server rooms, museums)
- Deluge Systems - Open-head sprinklers for high-hazard areas (chemical plants, transformer rooms)
- Foam-Water Systems - For flammable liquid hazards (refineries, fuel storage)
Engineering Standards
Our sprinkler designs follow NBC 2016, NFPA 13 (Standard for Installation of Sprinkler Systems), IS 15105 (sprinkler installation), IS 9972 (sprinkler heads), and applicable state fire department requirements. Hazard classifications (Light, Ordinary Group I/II, Extra Hazard Group I/II) drive design density and area calculations.
Sprinkler Heads We Supply
We supply branded sprinkler heads from Tyco, Viking, Reliable, Apollo, Newage, and other approved manufacturers. Available types include pendent, upright, sidewall, recessed, concealed, dry pendent, ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) for warehouses, and specialty heads for specific applications. Temperature ratings from 57 to 260 degrees Celsius.
Complete Installation Scope
Our sprinkler installation covers system hydraulic design, MS Class B/C piping fabrication, fitting work (welded or threaded), hangers and supports per NFPA 13, sprinkler head installation at correct spacing, alarm valves with retard chamber, fire department connections, water flow switches, tamper switches on isolation valves, and integration with fire alarm panel.
Pump and Water Supply
Sprinkler systems require dedicated fire water supply and pumps. We design and install jockey pumps, main electric pumps, and diesel engine standby pumps per IS 12469. Static water tanks (underground or overhead) are sized for design demand at maximum duration. Sprinkler systems are typically combined with hydrant systems sharing the same water source.
Testing and Certification
Pre-commissioning includes hydrostatic pipe testing at 1.5x working pressure for 2 hours, sprinkler head selection verification, alarm valve trip testing, water flow switch testing, pump performance testing, and main drain flush. Post-installation, the system is witnessed by the fire department for final approval.
