Fire Alarm and Detection Systems by Perfect HVAC Solutions
Fire alarm systems are the early warning network of any building - detecting fires within seconds and alerting occupants for safe evacuation while triggering emergency response. Perfect HVAC Solutions designs and installs complete fire alarm and detection systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings across India.
Two Major Fire Alarm System Types
- Conventional Fire Alarm Systems - For smaller buildings, devices grouped by zones, basic alarm panel
- Addressable Fire Alarm Systems - For large buildings, each device individually identifiable, advanced features, networking capability
Detection Devices We Install
Our fire alarm systems include various detection devices matched to environment - photoelectric smoke detectors (general purpose), ionization smoke detectors (fast flame fires), heat detectors (kitchens, dusty areas), beam detectors (atriums, large open spaces), aspiration smoke detectors (clean rooms, server rooms), gas detectors (kitchens for LPG, parking for CO), flame detectors (UV/IR for fuel storage), and manual call points at exits.
Brand Partnerships
We supply fire alarm equipment from international leaders Honeywell, Notifier, Apollo, Siemens, Bosch, Edwards, and Indian specialists. All systems are LPCB/UL/FM/EN54 approved with full documentation. Brand selection considers system size, integration requirements, future expansion, and service support.
System Architecture and Capabilities
Our addressable fire alarm systems support up to 320 devices per loop, multiple loops per panel, panel networking for large facilities, voice evacuation integration, BMS connectivity, mobile app monitoring, and email/SMS notifications. Modern systems also integrate with HVAC for smoke control, elevators for fire mode, public address for evacuation messaging, and access control for door release.
NBC and Code Compliance
All our fire alarm installations meet NBC 2016 (National Building Code), NFPA 72 (Fire Alarm and Signaling Code), IS 2189 (Indian fire alarm standard), and applicable state fire department requirements. Each project includes complete documentation - device layout drawings, cable schedules, programming sheets, test reports, and operation manuals.
Installation and Commissioning
Complete installation includes panel mounting in fire safety control room, FRLS cable laying in proper conduits, device installation at specified heights, manual call point placement at exits, sounder/strobe positioning for adequate coverage, programming with cause-and-effect matrix, comprehensive functional testing, and final commissioning with fire department witness.
